Chicken, lettuce and Mayo sarnies
A chicken drum stick, some mayonnaise and some lettuce 🥬 from a house salad pot 🥗 is a quick way to make a sandwich filling or two, I saved the tomato and cucumber for a tuna filling tomorrow and will use the grated carrot in a carrot cake, shoved in the freezer, will liquidise when I find a recipe. Added the tomato and Aromat ( aromat is a multipurpose, dried herb and veg seasoning for salads +) to the rest of chicken and lettuce, will just go with the cucumber/tuna/vinegar mix tomorrow for lunch.
I will chop up butter and wrap in grease proof paper for freezer
