Tuna, pasta, and Mayo foundation meal
2 handfuls of Pasta (for a bowl size portion)
A small tin of Tuna
Mayonnaise
Seasoning /Aromat
Cook pasta, drain it then add ingredients in a pot, mix and eat.
As easy as a pot noodle when depressed.
Quick prawn salad for one, for the football match I’m not watching :-)
Ready made prawn cocktail with ready made house salad 🥗 just nibbling this threw the evening with a glass of fizzy rose wine 🍷 okay this is equally as bad as eating out of a tin! But I will blame it on excitement for the football ⚽️ as winning as half time the radio says! No effort required other than removing the carrot bits and mixing it (don’t like carrot in a salad myself except coleslaw!) Wine £6 food £3. If on a budget hold the wine!
