Quick prawn salad for one, for the football match I’m not watching :-)

Image
Ready made prawn cocktail with ready made house salad šŸ„— just nibbling this threw the evening with a glass of fizzy rose wine šŸ· okay this is equally as bad as eating out of a tin! But I will blame it on excitement for the football ⚽️ as winning as half time the radio says! No effort required other than removing the carrot bits and mixing it (don’t like carrot in a salad myself except coleslaw!) Wine £6 food £3. If on a budget hold the wine! Chicken, lettuce and Mayo sarnies

Image
A chicken drum stick, some mayonnaise and some lettuce šŸ„¬ from a house salad pot šŸ„— is a quick way to make a sandwich filling or two, I saved the tomato and cucumber for a tuna filling tomorrow and will use the grated carrot in a carrot cake, shoved in the freezer, will liquidise when I find a recipe. Added the tomato and Aromat ( aromat is a multipurpose, dried herb and veg seasoning for salads +) to the rest of chicken and lettuce, will just go with the cucumber/tuna/vinegar mix tomorrow for lunch.
