About Us

A recipe collection for people that need inspiration to cook/prepare food and sort kitchen out.

Aims to include, quick, easy and basic ideas for foods that don’t require a lot of effort!

Ideas for people that are recovering from, or going through anxiety or depression, but don’t just want to eat things out of tins with a fork,  as you can’t be bothered or motivated to go in the kitchen and make anything

You might have fatigue, stress or other disorder that stops you thinking what to eat when you only have a few tins in the cupboard , and might just need some cheap and cheerful grub, you remember as a student or,  on a budget.

Disclaimer: This is not an official medical / mental health blog of any sort, just sharing some tips and ideas from a person in the same boat.

There will be food here you can fix even if the fridge and/or cooker is broke, or even if the electric has gone off, and it’s just you and a few bits in cupboard from the food bank.

More complicated recipes will be linked to from various other blogs found online, many of them should have links to print out, which can be done via a library for 20p a sheet (even if you only have coppers in the piggy bank)

  1. Found out #parosmia is a thing recently connected with COVID-19 that would put you off eating certain food for sure!
